Reading GOALS measures academic language and higher-order reading skills contained in the National
Reporting System (NRS) Educational Functioning Levels (EFLs).
The series uses a balance of life skills and employment-related content of interest to adults.
Target Population Adult Basic Education and Adult Secondary Education

Level A: 60 minutes; Levels B, C, D: 75 minutes
