Placement Testing

Always choose placement tests and progress tests from the same series.
Appraisal Tests and Locator tests are placement tests and cannot measure learning
gains. Only pretests and post-tests serve that function.
Keep in Mind! The STEPS series is for ESL. The GOALS series is for ABE/ASE.
